We are a group of Christians that meets in the homes of our members throughout Quincy, Massachusetts and the surrounding neighborhoods. We believe that God has called us to live in community with each other and our local neighborhood, loving each other, supporting each other, and being Christ to each other.
We meet together as a group once a week to worship, usually on Sunday evenings at 4:00pm in different homes. The meeting place rotates monthly, based on who wants to host. A typical meeting might last two to three hours, including dinner. Although the agenda varies from night to night, we usually pray, read and discuss the Bible, sing songs from our various backgrounds (or songs we wrote, for those of us who are songwriters), or just talk about what’s been going on in our lives over the last week or so. Because the host of the month is responsible for the evening’s agenda, our worship gathering is flexible and new ideas are always welcome. We also host service and social activities, including serving dinner at a local homeless shelter and having game nights.
He is a mighty savior.
He will take delight in you with gladness.
With his love, he will calm all your fears.
He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.”
-Zephaniah 3:17 (NLT)
